Terms and Conditions
RESERVATIONS
should be made well in advance. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for which the total tour price has not been paid by due date, in which case the deposit will be forfeited.

TOUR PRICES
Are detailed in the separate rate list and are subject to alteration without prior notice. Prices are subject to adjustment in the event of changes to general sales tax / value added tax. fuel or airfare increases, currency fluctuations, etc. No adjustment to the tour price will be made once the final prepayment has been received.

SCHEDULE
Individuals (FIT)Payment:
A deposit equal to thirty-five percent (50 %) of the contracted value tour price,. due on booking the tour. The balance of the contracted value, tour price shall be paid not less than forty (40) days prior to the anticipated date of tour departure (or upon reservation if less than forty (40) days). Bookings made within forty (40) days prior to the anticipated date of tour departure must be accompanied by full payment.

Groups-Payment:
A deposit equal to thirty-five percent (35 %) of the contracted value tour price, due on booking the tour or not less than seventy (70) days prior to the anticipated date of tour departure (or upon placing the reservation if less than seventy (70) days). The balance of the contracted value, tour price shall be paid not less than forty (40) days prior to the anticipated date of tour departure (or upon reservation if less than forty (40) days). Bookings made within forty (40) days prior to the anticipated date of tour departure must be accompanied by full payment.

Payment shall be made directly to our bank account by transfer or Master Card or Visa. All payments shall be free of any bank charges. If payment by credit cards the following information shall be provided;
- Card holder's name
- Billing address
- Card number
- Expiry date and card type

Individuals (FIT) Cancellations:
40 - 26 days prior to the anticipated tour departure thirty-five (35) % of the contracted value, tour price.
25 or less days prior to the anticipated tour departure hundred (100) % of the contracted value, tour price.

Groups - Cancellations:
70 - 41 days prior to the anticipated tour departure = thirty-five (35) % of the contracted value, tour price.
40 days or less days prior to the anticipated tour departure = hundred (100) % of the contracted value, tour price. Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective on the date of receipt in our offices. Should the client fail to join the tour or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made.

INSURANCE
Luggage and personal effects are conveyed entirely at owner's risk. Passengers should ensure that they have comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal luggage, money etc. Vehicles on escorted tours carry passenger liability insurance in accordance with existing laws in Tanzania.

TOUR PRICES INCLUDE
Accommodation, single accommodation, meals, transportation, sightseeing, and game drive as specified in the tour itinerary.

TOUR PRICES EXCLUDE
Telephone calls, personal laundry, beverages, gratuities, excursions not specified and any other items of apersonalnatureunlessactuallyspecified.

REFUNDS
While the Company uses its best endeavors to ensure that all anticipated restaurants, accommodation, attractions etc. are available as planned there shall be no claim of any nature whatsoever against the Company for a refund either in the whole or in part if any excursion is unavailable or the passenger was un able to use that service.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS
The onus is on the client to ensure that passports and visas are valid for the countries visited. Both the Company and its agents cannot be held liable for any visa etc. not held by clients.

ALTERATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
All tours, charters, hires, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation and other arrangements are subject to alterations or cancellations at any time without prior notice and for any reason at the sole and absolute discretion of BMS SAFARI shall not be held responsible for any damages whatsoever arising from such alteration or cancellation.

RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE
BMS SAFARIS, (hereafter referred to as "The Company") and co-operative agents act only in the capacity of agents for the passengers in all matters and as such hold themselves free of responsibility for any delays, loss or damage, from any cause whatsoever.

All tours are arranged subject to the conditions imposed by the airline, hotel, restaurants, other companies, firms not be responsible and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his or her luggage or other personal property, wherever the same shall occur and whether the same shall arise from or be occasioned by the negligence of The Company, their servants, or agents or other persons directly or indirectly in the employment or service of the company or otherwise under any circumstances, whatsoever.

All tours, charters and hires, itineraries, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation are subject to alteration or cancellation at any time without prior notice for any cause which is in the absolute discretion of the company renders it desirable, reasonable or necessary to effect such alteration and in particular, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing in the event of revision of arrangements or the imposition of conditions by restaurant, hotel or transport contractors or managers. NO liability of any kind shall fall upon The Company in respect of any alteration or cancellation

LAW
The law of the Republic of Tanzania shall govern the relationship between BMS SAFARIS and tour organizers and the Courts of the Republic of Tanzania shall have sole jurisdiction in any respect of claims and or disputes that may arise between BMS SAFARIS and the tour organizer.Top

BMS Safaris Ten Commandments on Safari
BMS Safaris Ten Commandments on Safari. All People of the World presently and future would be very grateful and appreciable if you would obey the ten commandments of Eco – Tourism while travelling with BMS.Safaris Limited

1. Respect the frailty of these Wildernesses. If you won’t be willing to help in Preservation, these unique and beautiful destinations would not be here for future generations to enjoy.

2. Take only photographs leave only footprints. Don’t litter around the Parks, No graffiti, do not take away any object found around in Nature areas and in historical sites.

3. Educate yourself about Geography, Culture, Customs, behaviors and manners of the destination you visit. This will make your Safari more joyful and enjoyable.

4. Do not take photos to other people before asking for their permission. Respect dignity and privacy of others.

5. Buying products made from endangered plants or animals, such as Ivory, Tortoise shell, animal hides and feathers are prohibited, so don’t do that.

6. Do not disturb animals by throwing objects to awake or to provoke them. Always follow the designated tracks and Roads.

7. Be a supporter and a conservationist in Preserving African Nature. Don’t be just a partaker.

8. Encourage others to obey the rules & Regulations that govern these areas, encourage other drivers to stop engines when parked.

9. Patronize those hotels, airlines, resorts, cruise lines, and tour operators who advance power and environmental conservation.

10. Expect the best Safari from BMS Safaris and never the least of your expectations. If you make these wishes, we’ll try our best to confirm it.
